Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), we hereby inform you that:

  1. The controller of your personal data is: Robert Sommerfeld, conducting business under the name Mag-Graf Projekt Robert Sommerfeld, ul. Poznańska 57, Mrowino 62-090 Rokietnica.
  2. Personal data collected using the video surveillance system are collected for the purpose of limiting reprehensible behavior and other undesirable behavior that threatens the safety of facility users, employees, collaborators, suppliers, and customers, limiting behavior that threatens company property, identifying perpetrators of reprehensible acts, assisting in the clarification of conflict situations occurring in the monitored area, and restricting access to the company premises by unauthorized and undesirable persons. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the data controller.
  3. Personal (image) data is not transferred to third parties, but may be made available to authorities authorized to process it under separate legal provisions, such as the Police, prosecutor’s offices, and courts. Entities responsible for the operation and maintenance of the video surveillance system may also have access to video surveillance recordings.
  4. Personal data will be stored for a period of 10 days, subject to point 5 below.
  5. If the video surveillance recordings constitute evidence in legal proceedings or the data controller becomes aware that they may constitute evidence in proceedings, the period specified in point 4 is extended until the final conclusion of the proceedings.
  6. You have the right to request from the data controller access to your personal data, its erasure, or restriction of processing.
  7. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  8. Your personal data will be processed automatically (camera recording).
  9. Your personal data will not be subject to profiling.
